We've expanded to 9 team members (all working remotely):

Product Development

• OpenMSP Community Platform: Design completed with launch scheduled within the next 4 weeks
• Website Development: Design team transitioning to Flamingo main website work
• Domain Acquisition: Successfully acquired flamingo.so domain in preparation for launch
• Design Previews

Technical Milestones

• Successfully integrated three core modules into OpenFrame:
  • RAC (Remote Access Connection) - TeamViewer alternative
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) - JAMF alternative
  • RMM (Remote Management Access) - Kaseya alternative
• SaaS deployment in progress
• Development underway for two major feature releases:
  • GraphQL implementation
  • SIEM-like functionality for integrated tools

Financial & Administrative Updates

• Established 5% ESOP pool for current team members
• Current net burn rate: $60-65K per month
• Runway: 24+ months remaining
