We're launching OpenMSP to the public on July 1st.

What it is: OpenMSP is a free platform that helps MSPs discover profitable alternatives to expensive software. Features include:

• Vendor directory: 155+ tools with transparent pricing (finally, no "contact sales" BS)
• Open-source alternatives: Every commercial tool mapped to free alternatives that actually work
• AI cost analyzer: MSPs input their current stack → AI shows potential savings & ROI timeline
• Community insights: Real MSPs sharing what works (no vendor propaganda)

Example: MSP using ConnectWise ($85/mo) discovers TacticalRMM ($0) can do the same job → saves $30K/year

Why we're doing this:

• Builds trust by giving value first (not selling)
• Positions us as the authority on MSP profitability
• Creates natural demand for OpenFrame when they realize implementation complexity
• Gives us data on which MSPs are ready to transform

Realistic expectations:

• 50-100 active community members in first quarter
• 20-30 will become OpenFrame early adopters
• 5-10 potential acquisition conversations
